In 2021, I set up The Business of Babies Membership (known first as The Birth Business Growth Club) as a way to offer low-cost support to as many businesses as possible.
But aside from the membership, I can work with you more closely to give you the personalised, direct support that you need to make more rapid progress.

HOW IT WORKS:
My 1:1 strategy sessions are designed to help you reach your business goals, whatever they may be!
After booking in, you’ll have the opportunity to tell me about your business, your desires and where you’re up to, via an online questionnaire.
I’ll use this in advance to scope out potential ideas, checking in on your social feeds, website and online presence in an exploration of your business, so no time is wasted in our first session.
That 1st session will be 90 minutes long. We can talk through potential ideas, exactly how to execute them and set goals for the coming weeks or months. This is an open discussion, but it isn’t coaching: it is strategic direction. The how, not the why - because most of the time you'll understand the why!
I’m not asking you what you think you should be doing, I’m explaining exactly how to do it and giving you the strategy, tech ideas if necessary and the mindset boost you need to get results.

WEBSITE POINTERS
Dedicated time to look at your website in detail. Check for SEO and user experience issues, look at ways to improve conversions and plan for better visibility and more traffic.
EMAIL MARKETING
You've known forever that an easy way to follow up & build connection is through email marketing. Spend time planning this out and getting the tech in place to bring in more leads.
NAVIGATE CHANGES
Want to add a new service, build a digital product or change the format of what you do? Use this time to get clarity, with a personalised plan of action.
Subsequent sessions are whatever you want them to be. We can check in and analyse how things have gone so far, making tweaks to your plan and ensuring you’re on track for success.
Need new ideas? We’ll create them.
Want to look at something in detail and re-work it? We can!
Whatever you need to move forwards, we’ll work on it.

None of the dates / times available work for me
My calendar shows the dates and times I'm mostly available, but I can be flexible. Please get in touch with your availability and I'll do my best to fit you in!
What if I need to reschedule?
Don't worry - I'm a mother of 2 young children and I completely understand that sometimes life throws a curve ball or 2. If you need to reschedule, please get in contact as soon as you know so that the slot can be offered to those who are waiting. We'll aim to get you booked back in within 2 weeks.
Do I have to book a block of sessions?
No! You can either save money by buying a block of 3 sessions, or you can 'pay as you go'. The first time I work with you, I will request that you book a 90 minute session so that we can delve into your ideas and I can continue to get to know your business.
If we have worked together previously, you'll have the option of booking 90 min or 1 hour sessions.
Will the call be recorded?
You can request the call to be recorded and a link will be provided where you can download a copy to your device. I am unable to store recordings for longer than 7 days.
Meetings are not always automatically recorded, so please do remember to ask for this at the start!
